Mr. Shohat Was Nominated as The Chairman of The BOD.

Lyra medical announced that Mr. Shaul Shohat in nominated as a chairman and the Board of Directors.

Binyamina, Israel, March 1st, 2018 – an Israeli medical device company Lyra Medical Ltd, a developer of the anchorless trans-vaginal Self-Retaining Support (SRS) Implant, announced today that Mr. Shaul Shohat was nominated as a chairman of the board of directors.

Mr. Shohat is a serial entrepreneur with over 20 years of experience in entrepreneurship, senior management and development in the medical devices arena. He has been involved in the incorporation of 8 medical device companies. He is the Co-Founder and chairperson of Bio-Protect, a Co-Founder of Eon Surgical Ltd that was acquired by Teleflex Medical and was a co-founder and Chief Technology Officer of OrthoSpace, which was acquired by a US fund. He also serves as Director at Xenolith Medical Ltd and was previously the Vice President of R&D at Bio-Rad Laboratories.
